RETURN POLICY: Due to the nature of the products and services provided by Iconic Edge Beauty, there are NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES. If a customers is dissatisfied with the final product, reasonable effort will be made to adjust to the client’s request. However once the client has had the items in their possession for more than 7 days, there’s will be no further alterations made, no refunds, no returns, no exceptions.
DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Iconic Edge Beauty requires a minimum of a 50% deposit or full payment to began custom unit customization. The remaining balance of all units will be invoiced, once the unit is completed. All invoices must be paid in 24 hrs of receipt. If the remaining balance is not received within 24hours, there will be a $30 late fee attached , in addition to a storage fee of $15 each day after for up to 15 days. After 15 days of non-payment, the customer relinquishes their deposit and finished unit to Iconic Edge Beauty.
