Frequently Asked Questions 
  • Do you provide the hair?
Yes. It is highly recommended that you use our raw hair to ensure the quality and longevity of your custom unit. This assures a much timelier turn around, instead of the hustle and bustle of shipping hair and then having your unit made. If you are local (Houston) your hair may be able to be dropped off and used. Keep in mind your unit is only as quality as they hair that you provide.  
  • Is there an additional fee for adding a bundle to create fullness?
Yes. There is a $20 fee to add bundles.
  • What is the turn around time for my unit?
The typical turn around time for a custom unit is 10-14 business days. This varies on order volume or any times added to make adjustments after wig review. Rush ordering is available upon request but not guaranteed.
  • Can and Iconic Edge Custom Unit be sewn down?
Yes 
  • Is shipping included in the price?
Shipping not included and price may vary depending on the customers location. Shipping is sent by USPS with delivery confirmation. 
  • Do you offer coloring services?
Yes we do! Please see our Coloring Your Custom Unit page.
  • What if the unit I want is not on your menu?
Pictures can be submitted via email of the unit you would like. You will receive a reply within 48 hours to let you know if Iconic Edge Custom Units can complete your request
  • What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal and all Major Credit Cards.
  • What if I can not pay my remaining balance?
A 60% non-refundable deposit is required by Iconic Edge Beauty at the time of booking for your unit to be customized. An email will be sent to you once your unit has began being constructed. If you are unable to pay your balance, please inform Iconic Edge Beauty at that time. Once your unit has been completed pictures of your unit and an invoice for the remaining balance will be sent to you. All invoices must be paid within 24 hours of receiving. Invoices not paid within 24 hours will have a $25 late fee applied, in addition to a $10 storage fee per day up to 20 days. After the 20 days of non-payment, the consumer relinquishes their deposit, finished unit and any additional hair/items provided to Iconic Edge Beauty.
